GENERAL: About the APP

DialAnyWhere is a smart mobile app that easy to use and lets users from all over the world make cheap international calls to their Family, Friends and Colleagues on any mobile or landline numbers.

DialAnyWhere is free to download from Google Play and App Store.

DialAnyWhere supports most Android Phones, iPhones and Tablets.

DialAnyWhere uses your mobile number for registration. So Android phone, iPhone or Tablets that have a SIM card with an active mobile phone service can only use DialAnyWhere.

For iPhone users follow these steps:
1. Press App Store icon and in the search box type DialAnyWhere.
2. Since the app is free, tap Get on the right side of the screen, then tap Install.
3. Once the installation is complete, the DialAnyWhere icon will appear with your other applications.

For Android users follow these steps:
1. Press the Play Store icon and in the search box type DialAnyWhere.
3. Press Install and then tap Accept in the next screen
4. Once the installation is complete, the DialAnyWhere icon will appear with your other applications.

DialAnyWhere does not replace your mobile network provider, it simply requires a stable internet connection which can be Wi-Fi or Mobile Data.

No, your family, friends or colleagues do not need DialAnywhere in order to receive calls because with DialAnywhere you can make calls to any mobile or landline number. However, we advise that you refer DialAnyWhere to as many people possible to earn free credits, which you can use to make calls.

DialAnywhere does not require you to pay any Monthly Recurring Fee.

DialAnyWhere can be used after you have:
• Installed the app on your mobile phone.
• Registered it using your mobile number.
• And successfully, made your first Top Up.

DialAnyWhere has no barriers and can easily be used in any part of the world where there is a stable internet connection.

1. Open DialAnyWhere and from its home screen press Support icon.
2. Under the Support tab press Open Ticket.
3. Write your issue and press Done.

REGISTERATION

Follow these simple steps:
• After installation of DialAnyWhere app, go to your mobile phone’s home screen and press the DialAnyWhere icon to open it.
• Press GET STARTED from the first screen that display’s in order to start the registration process.
• Read the Terms & Conditions and press Accept.
• If you want the Terms & Conditions to be sent to your email, press Accept and Email. Enter the email and press Done.
• You will be prompted to enter your mobile number. If you have a Promo Code, enter the number and press Continue. But if you don’t, you still press Continue to complete the registration.
• You will now receive an SMS with a 6-digit verification code.
• Enter the received verification code and press Next.
• After authentication is complete, you are ready to use DialAnyWhere.

If you do not receive the OTP (One Time Password) press Resend Verification Code button to receive another OTP. You can also press Call Me button to request a call for the 6-digit authentication code. Please be ready to write down or remember the 6-digit authentication code. If you still face an issue, write to us at support@DialAnyWhere.com or call our helpline number xxxxx and we'll help you out.

Yes, you can change your registered DialAnyWhere number but doing so will completely delete your previous DialAnyWhere account information which will include your credentials, transaction history, call logs and details.

Follow these simple steps:
Once you insert a new SIM card in your phone and open DialAnyWhere app. A pop up message, titled, Carrier Changed will display. Please read the pop up message carefully.
To change number, press Change My Number button.
The next screen will display two options. You again press Change My Number button.
Enter the new number and then press Done. A pop up message will appear with option to either Cancel or press Done to complete the change my number process.
Please note that Change My Number option will delete all your previous DialAnyWhere account details such as your credentials, transaction history, call logs and details. You will again have to verifying your new number to complete the registration process. .

Yes, you can add a second number to your already registered DialAnyWhere account.

Follow these simple steps:
Insert a new SIM card and open DialAnyWhere app.
A pop up message will display under heading Carrier Changed. Read this message before making any changes.
Press Change my Number button and move to the next screen.
To add a second number, press Add New Number.
Enter the number you wish to add and press Done.
You will be asked; “Do you want to keep this number as permanent”?
Press No to tag it as your second number
Press Yes to tag it as your primary number.

DIALER

DialAnyWhere reads all your contacts from your phone's address book and automatically syncs them to your Dialanywhere’s Contacts list and vice versa.

Recents tab shows all your recent calls that you have answered, missed and dialed.

Follow these simple steps:
From the apps home screen press the Dialer icon.
Enter the number you wish to add and press Add Contact icon.
To save a new contact press Add New Contact.
Enter the information you have and press Save.

From the apps home screen press Dialer
Type the number you wish to add and press Add Contact icon.
Press Add to Existing and your contact list will open.
Now press the information icon (i) to select the contact you wish to edit or add another number.
Under the Edit Contact screen, you may add or edit and press Save.

Favourites are those people you call most often. DialAnyWhere lets you create your own Favourites list. Once you added your favourite contacts to your Favourites list, you can simply press the person’s name in Favorites and DialAnyWhere calls the person.

You can make calls using your Contacts, Dialer, Recents and Favourites.

Call using Contacts:
Open DialAnyWhere app and from its home screen press the Dialer icon.
Press the Contacts tab to filter all contacts and select the one you want to call.
Now press the WiFi icon to select call method between WiFi, Mobile Data or Any.
Note: Before making a call if you are already connected to WiFi or Mobile Data, you may skip the call method and directly press the call button.
You can now press the Call button to make the call.

Call using the Dialer screen:
From within the Dialer screen press the Search icon.
A screen with A-Z country names and respective codes will displayed / open.
Scroll, to select the country from the list or type in the above search bar.
After selection, press the back button < on the top left corner to go back to the dialer screen.

Call using Recents and Call using Favourites:
Do you wish to define these call methods as well?.

Swap feature allows allow you to switch between two connected calls where one call is live the other call will automatically be put on hold.

Split feature allows you to separate your ongoing conference call. When on a conference call, if you press Split you will be automatically guided to the next screen with two options for each call. You may choose to press End to end one of the call or press Private to put it on hold.

The Add Call function is used to add another person in the conversation while putting the other person on hold.

While on a phone call, press the Add Call icon. Dialer screen will open.
Press Contacts icon to pick the number you want to add or manually enter from the dialer.
When the second call is dialed, it will put the first call on hold, temporarily.
Call information for both calls will be displayed on the call progress screen.

Merge feature can be used for call conferencing allowing the caller to talk and listen to each other at the same time. DialAnyWhere allows to merge two calls simultaneously. When already on a call simply press the Merge button and add the callers to a conference call. After call conferencing is over, a conference summary will be shown in a single window for both the calls. Under the Recents tab single entry for each call will be shown.

When on a live call, if you press Mute, person on the other side of the call will not be able to hear you, but you still will be able to hear him/her.

Recording calls is a useful feature for many people. With DialAnyWhere you can record calls of your choice.

In DialAnyWhere Recoding Call option is disabled by default so before you start to record calls, you first need to enable it by opening Settings icon from DialAnyWhere home screen. From Settings menu press Recording Settings. Enable the Record Call options by sliding the toggle to ON. You can anytime choose to disable it by following the same procedure. Now to record a live call, from the call progress screen press Record button and release. To cancel recording, again press the Record button first and then release.

Follow these simple steps:
Open DialAnyWhere and from its home screen press Rates.
Under Rates Menu press Calling Rates tab to open the list of countries.
Search country by entering its prefix in the search bar, alphabetically or by scrolling the list.
After selecting the country, the next screen will display calling rates categorized into Mobile, Landline and ROC (Rest of the Country).

Procedure

You will only be charged if the call you made is answered by the call receiver.

Your Caller ID is the number which you have registered with DialAnyWhere and is ON by default. You can anytime, manually disable or enable it.

No you cannot. In order to use DialAnyWhere you must have a local mobile number. We currently do not support registration from landline numbers.

TOP-UP

Top Up is the credit amount which you can purchase in advance for making calls in the future.

DialAnyWhere offers plenty of easy ways to Top Up your account.
1. You can top up with your Credit / Debit Card. We accept Visa, Master, Maestro, and American Express and PayPal.
2. You can use the fast and convenient way to automatically top up, which is, enabling the Auto-Renew function from your app. The top up amount will be automatically deducted from your Credit/Debit Card which you last used for top up.
3. You can top up from our website www.DialAnyWhere.com.
4. You can buy DialAnyWhere Cards available from stores around the world?.
5. You can also call helpline # XXXXXXX for online top up.

The minimum credit amount you can top up with is $5. But you also have options of $10, $20, $30 and Other, which lets you to enter the top up amount of your choice.

Follow these simple steps:
Open the DialAnyWhere and from its home screen press Funds.
Under Funds press Credit Card /Debit Card tab.
Enter the required card information you want to use for Top Up and press Continue.
Now press on the displayed top up amounts of $5, $10. $20 and $30 to select.
To enter amount of your choice press Other.
Your card number will be displayed below. To use a different card press Edit.
To continue with the transaction, press Continue button.
Order Summary will be displayed for you to verify order before making payment. You can change your top up amount or card details by pressing the Edit button.
After you have verified your order summary press Pay Now. Your Balance Details will be displayed.
To complete your top up transaction, under the Balance Details, Press Done.
After successfully completing the transaction you will receive an SMS confirmation.

How can I Top Up my DialAnyWhere account from the website?

A DialAnyWhere card is printed receipt with a unique X-digit number which you can get them from X number of shops all over the world. DialAnyWhere cards are valid for six months.

Your credit balance is valid for 12 months from the moment a top up is done. In order to keep it valid you need to make a chargeable call within 12 months. If this does not happen then your credit amount will expire.

You can check your DialAnyWhere credit balance by pressing any icon from Dialanywhere home screen. Your credit balance will be displayed on the upper right corner as balance. Please make sure that before you check your live balance you are connected to the internet.

Make sure that you are connected to the internet and again check your balance after few minutes. If your balance is still not updated, you may directly open a ticket within DialAnyWhere or call our helpline number XXXXXX. We will investigate the issue for you and then update you.

AUTO-RENEW

DialAnyWhere Auto Renew is a fast and convenient way to automatically top up account balance so that your call never disconnects in the middle of a conversation.

Whenever your balance falls below or equals to the fixed threshold amount of $3, the Auto Renew function will automatically top up your account from your Credit/Debit card which you last used to top up. But to make your Auto-Renew work you first need to enable it during manually topping your DialAnyWhere account.

To setup your Auto-Renew, first you need to manually Top-Up your DialAnyWhere account. Open the FAQs and read “How can I Top-Up my DialAnyWhere account using Credit/Debit card?” When manually topping your number, under the tab Credit/Debit Card, where you need to select the top up amount and confirm Payment information, you can see the Auto Renew toggle. To setup Auto Renew slide the toggle to ON and press Continue to proceed with your top up transaction.

Follow these simple steps:
• Open DialAnyWhere and from its home screen press Funds.
• Under the Funds menu press Auto Recharge tab.
• To select amount, press the displayed amount icon of $5, $10, $20, $30.
• To enter top up amount of your choice. You may press Other icon
• If you want to use another card for payment press the Edit icon.
• DialAnyWhere threshold amount of $3 is fixed. When your balance will fall below or gets equal to $3, Auto-Renew will automatically trigger and top up your DialAnyWhere account.
• Press the Update button and complete your Auto Renew Top-up selection transaction.

DialAnyWhere will automatically detect information of the last Credit or Debit card you used to Top Up your DialAnyWhere account. To confirm, open DialAnyWhere and from its home screen press Funds icon. Under Funds press the Credit card/Debit card tab. Your last entered card details which you used for top up will be displayed.

6. After completion press Continue.

3. Press Continue to move to the next screen.
4. Under Credit/Debit Card, slide the Auto-Renew toggle right to ON.

FUNDS

Your transaction history lets you see list of all purchases and payments that you have made. You may view these separately or as ALL.
To view transition history, follow these simple steps:
1. Open DialAnyWhere and from its home screen press the Funds icon
2. Under Funds menu press Transaction History tab.
3. Under Transaction History menu, press the tab for which you wish to see the history.

GLOBAL DID

Global DID refers to DID Numbers which will allow you to receive calls on your mobile phone, anywhere in the world, without incurring long distance call charges. Your DID Number can be of another state or another country, even if you are not geographically or physically located there. DID Numbers are great for giving your loved ones a cheap way to call you while you travel abroad.

Yes, a DID Number is just like your ordinary phone number.

International calls are usually quite expensive, but with a DID Number you can significantly reduce your long distance calling costs and stay connected with family, friends and colleagues.

Before leaving country, forward all calls from your mobile phone to the new DID Number.
Using DialAnywhere, set call forwarding to your DID number of/for the number you wish to receive calls on. Setup call forwarding by logging into your account. Receive calls without any roaming charges. All you pay is lowest forwarding rates. Now you will never miss a call and will not have to worry about International Roaming Charges.

You can select from the available list of 50 countries.

DialAnyWhere has different DID rates for different countries phone numbers.
Follow these simple steps:
1. Open DialAnyWhere and from its home screen press Rates icon.
2. Under Rates menu press DID Rate tab.
3. Press the down arrow to select the Country, Category and City. Once you have selected, DID rate will be displayed in front.

DialAnyWhere Call Forwarding will allow you to forward your DialAnyWhere incoming calls to another number you choose allowing you to receive calls even if you're away from home.

Follow these simple steps:
1. Open DialAnyWhere and from its home screen press Call Forwarding icon.
2. Your DID Number list will be displayed.
3. Select the contact you wish to set call forwarding to by sliding the toggle right to ON.
4. Enter the number you wish to forward to and press Done.

Open DialAnyWhere home screen press Rates.
Under the Rates menu press Call Forwarding tab.
Call Forwarding tab will display the list of countries.
You can search cost for a specific country entering its prefix in the search bar, alphabetically or by scrolling the list.
After selecting the country, the next screen will display calling rates categorized into Mobile, Landline and ROC (Rest of the Country).

Not possible. When selecting a DID Number, you only get to choose the area code. The DID Number will be assigned by us.

Follow these simple steps:
Open DialAnyWhere and from its home screen press Global DID icon.
Under Global DID menu press Buy New DID button. This will display the Buy DID Screen.
Under Buy DID menu, select the Country, Category, City and Month of you DID by pressing the down arrow sign.
After selecting, press Buy New DID button to continue with your DID order. Your order summary will be displayed. To make changes to the order or the payment details press the Edit button. You can also set Auto-Renew for your DID subscription renewal by sliding the Auto Renew toggle right to ON.

Yes, you can enable Auto Renew to your DID Number.

When your DID Order Summary screen is displayed, below you will see Auto-Renew toggle. To set up your Auto Renew, slide the toggle right to ON.

Open DialAnyWhere and from its home screen press Global DID icon. Under Global DID press the DID Summary tab. This will display the country name for which you have purchased DID Number. Press on the country for which you want to view the DID number. Your DID List will be open. Under DID List menu you can view your DID Numbers.

REFER A FRIEND

Refer a Friend is a DialAnyWhere promotion which allows two people to earn free credit which can be used to make calls. You can refer DialAnyWhere to your Friends, Family and Colleagues by Email or SMS.

Every time you refer someone, DialAnyWhere, both of you will earn $X as FREE credit. That someone can be family, friend or colleague. An email or SMS will be sent to the referred with your shared promo code, inviting him/her to join DialAnyWhere. When he/she registers with DialAnyWhere using your promo code and successfully make their 1st top up, you both will be credited with X FREE credit. There are no limits on the number of referrals you can make!

You cannot refer DialAnyWhere to those people who are /have already registered with the App.

Follow these simple steps:
Open DialAnyWhere and from its home screen press Settings icon.
Under Settings menu press Refer a Friend tab.
From the two displayed options, Refer via Email or Refer via SMS, press one to select.
In the next screen your contacts list will open.
If you opt to Refer via Email, then select his/her email listed below the contact or enter manually.
To select the email, press the check box in front of the contact and press Done. This will trigger an email to the selected contact with an invite message to join/use DialAnyWhere.
If you opt to Refer via SMS, then select his/her contact or enter the contact manually.
To select the number, press the check box in front of the contact and press Done. This will trigger an email to the selected contact with an invite message to join DialAnyWhere. Your mobile carrier charges may apply.

You can check this in 3 easy ways.
1. You will receive a notification about the free credits that have been added to your account.
2. You can go to Funds and view from your Transaction History the amount credited.
3. You can also check from your displayed live balance from your DialAnyWhere home screen.
